Best way to create a subset for LAI creation

Hi There,

I would like to know, which is the best way to create a LAI for a relative small area using Sentinel 2 data with atmospheric correction. For instance, is it possible to create a subset/mask prior using sen2cor porcessing? If not, is it possible to create a subset/mask after sen2cor processing, avoiding “Raster > Geometric Operations > Resampling” which needs a lot of drive space.

I saw that the sen2res plugin creates the bands with the same spatial resolution which seems to be mandatory to create the LAI image. Is it possible to “mix” the bands created by this plugin with the necessary “view” images ?
This leads me also to the question: the quality of the 10x10m images of the sen2res plugin are much better than the resampled 10x10m images using “Raster > Geometric Operations > Resampling” ?

Sincerely,
gábor

you don’t need to physically write the resampled product, you can use it as a temporary layer: Resample processing time

Thank you very much Andreas!

This is saving a lot of time.

Sincerely,
gábor
