Cannot construct data buffer error while processing the calibration on SLC product

I am working with a Sentinel 1 SLC IW image and trying to calibrate the data in the SNAP toolbox (latest version). However, it keeps returning the error “cannot construct data buffer.” However, my computer has 16GB RAM and is a 64-bit processing system so does not usually have problems processing large amounts of data. and free space are available on my drive.

Did you check up this solution,

can’t construct data buffer,

and these two,

set java memory

using the file cache for Sentinel-1 reading in the S1TBX options

You could use search before posting, in this case it is possible to find many solutions to your errors.

Did you check if SNAP allows to use enough quantity of RAM from your computer ?

In the installation folder in …/snap/bin/gpt.vmoptions you can set the amount RAM that can be used.you should have something around 12Go to be used and thus as the last line

Xmx12G
