@diana_harosa thank you for this! I’m a SNAP “dabbler” who’s been helping our geophysical science department developing InSAR, I only do it twice a year when requested. Started up SNAP this year with some newly downloaded scenes and received the “no valid orbit file found” error. I recalled how to download them manually but as stated above the site changed and I had no idea what to do. Creating a new account in Copernicus and adding my username and password here resumed the autodownloading of the orbit files, saving me time! Thank you!
