Separating the bands in the GUI is a bit cumbersome. It might be ok if you want to do it only for a single product. You can do a subset for each band and store them as single tiff files But you can do it also with graph builder or gpt on the command line. I’ve attached a graph file which you can use on the command line. Currently it writes only B1 and B2. But you can copy and adapt the BandSelect and Write nodes for the bands you need.
