Does this change me that one doesn’t need to explicitly work with PREORB files for the occasional case where RESORB files spanning certain SLC products are not available and that one can just work with state vectors within the annotation since they essentially came from PREOB/ RESORB (hopefully unmodified from source) products to begin with.
