How did you open the sen2cor product?
At best, you select File > Import > Optical Sensors > Sentinel-2 > L2A and then select the MTL file in the newly generated folder.
If that doesn’t work, sen2cor wasn’t completed correctly.
I opened the product that came out of the correction with the option open product
but the way you just told me I could not open the file either
Have you previously been using sen2cor and were you able to open these products, for example for images of different dates or sites?
Did you have a look at the resulting product if it contains raster files?

to have sen2cor completely executed, you should repeat it for every resolution as suggested here: Sen2Cor-02.05.05-win64 - AttributeError: ‘L2A_Tables’ Object has no attribute ‘_L2A_Tile_PVI_File’
It’s no problem when you are new to the software. I was just asking if this data was different than others, but currently we cannot tell.

give it a try from the command line as described in the link I posted above. It’s so much easier.

which is approximately 1.2 GB and contains the corrected bands

SNAP 6 and sen2cor 2.5.5
I listed the instructions for a clean install of sen2cor: Sen2cor 2.4.0 on SNAP 6.0
the folder L2A_Process.bat 'is located within the same program or by the folders of disk C?
that totally depends on where you downloaded and extracted the sen2cor files.
download it from the same snap
Do I have to install snap again?
no, just make sure you have the latest version of SNAP (6) and follow the steps I linked above
