yes, give it a try (one band per product should be sufficient to determine the offset/change).

I would guess that the SAR image should be terrain-corrected and used as the master scene, since it has a much more precise geometry than an optical image, provided that the DEM is good.

I have SAR image L band, 7.5 m spatial resolution. Is it possible fusion with Sentinel 2, 10 m resolution? Or is there any other way of integrate them? The goal is to try to individualize native forest from logged forest.

Yes within SNAP you can terrain correct the SAR to 10m pixel size into the same projection as Sentinel-2, and collocate the images.
