ICOR for Sentinel3 via SNAP: issues

Good morning everyone,

I need to use the level2 product of OLCI from Sentinel3, and I am specifically using the products from Sentinel3A. I have tried two different approaches, running ICOR from the SNAP GUI, and also via GPT after defining an xml. I have encountered problems in the two ways.
I first send the log messages file where the last part describes the ICOR execution, and I would like to know how to solve this specific problem
messages_ICOR_log.txt (90.8 KB)

I chose a setting configuration that is not the heaviest in terms of computational requirements and apparently the problem came out only at the end of the process.

I would be really grateful for any help with this.

In your txt. message shows that you have set different path directory for resutls,

However, it’s already set by default to c:\Temp , this might be cause the problem,

Also, please take a look at this post, it’s applying icor to S-2 but might be helpful,

You specified as output file:
--output_file C:\Users\S3A_OL_1_EFR____20190514T102420_20190514T102720_20190515T135414_0179_044_336_2160_LN1_O_NT_002_processed.tif

Maybe you don’t have write access to this directory. Try to write to C:/Users/Anton/S3A_OL_1_EFR____20190514T102420_20190514T102720_20190515T135414_0179_044_336_2160_LN1_O_NT_002_processed.tif
