iCOR Landsat 8 error

Thanks for the suggestion. I retried it with the original folder name and still get the “Open image failed” message. I shortened the folder name to shorten the path b/c I’m using windows. I can still get it to run in SNAP 5 though so I’m processing Sentinel 2 in SNAP 5 and Landsat in SNAP 6 on 2 different machines.

Try using iCOR as standalone. Not sure but for me it works. Remember that iCOR works fine on CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 16 as written in the manual.

For me in CentOS 7 iCOR works fine for both Landsat 8 and Sentinel-2
Good luck!

When you do atmospheric correction make sure you use input product

Hello,

I was searching for a way to run ICOR as a standalone function, and this solution saved me a lot of time and effort. Thank you! I’m wondering if it’s possible to include a bounding box when using Python to run ICOR. I’m conducting bulk analysis with Sentinel-2 and Landsat images, and my study areas are quite small. Assigning a bounding box could potentially save a significant amount of time and memory. If you have any experience with this, please let me know.

Thank you.
