It would be very much appreciated if somebody in the forum can advice me how I can import field data in *.txt, xyz, *.csv format in a product tree of an image.

You can open csv data with
File > Import > Generic Formats > CSV
or
File > Import > Vector data > Vector from CSV
given that the file contains a header as described in the help section:
