IP address black listed?

Hello,

we are performing preprocessing and analysis of Sentinel-1 images using snappy. We are working in parallel with 5 sentinel-1 images at a time. Since yesterday evening our IP seems to be blocked by the SNAP server. It is not possible to check for updates anymore and we get the following error in a loop:

Is it possible to unlock our IP server? what should we do to not get into this situation again? I think we are asking for elevation file only when performing terrain correction.

Hello @dmb891 , Yes, most probably your IP was banned (you depassed the number of retries for unsuccessful requests during the configured time interval) A banned IP will be whitelisted after a specific amount of time, which is 24 hours. In addition, if you are behind a NAT (like in some companies, or even Internet Service Providers), there is also a limit for the maximum number allowed of open connections (at a time) from a single IP address.
