How can I process data on MATLAB? Need relevant command to open and process sentinel data on MATLAB.

I hope you realise this forum is dedicated to SNAP a software supported by ESA to help read, visualise and process EO Data (with a focus on Sentinel)… questions about other Software tools are not in scope and you shouldn’t expect that much follow up.
This doesn’t exclude that someone in the community can’t give you some hints for something like Matlab, but you are better of contacting Matlab support directly - or seeking help in a forum/portal which is followed by the Matlab community.
