SNAP-3939 is just the name of the ticket, the fix will added to SNAP version 12. So you just have to wait until the release of SNAP 12 and install that then. It might be better to ask these questions in this forum post ‘Sentinel 1C Data’ since that question is about the calibration issue and this question is about orbit files
