Problem after replacing tiff file

Hi, I modified HV tiff file in measurement folder with python.(Sentinel-1)(Denoised Thermal noise) Then I put modified HV file in measurement folder and delete original file. (Replaced in same filename) When I opened modified HV file, SNAP shows HV file correctly. However when I open manifest.safe, Amplitude_HV and Intensity_HV don’t show modified HV file. Please help!
