Kindly try with ALOS-2 because I have faced this problem several times with the data sets.
ALOS-2 data works as well. I don’t know what you were doing.
Were they downloaded from JAXA directly?
Yes, the data was downloaded from JAXA.
I actually tried the process in another system and it worked fine.
I guess the issue maybe with either the system performace or I have been using an older version of SNAP.
