Save a spatial subset from view on SNAP

When I create a spatial subset of an Envisat ASAR product and then click “Save Product” or “Save Product As” nothing happens. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any fixes? Thanks.

please update to SNAP 5 (if not already done)

A work-around:

instead of right-clicking the product. This worked for me in all cases.
