Sen - ET plugin (Sen-3 preprocessing graph)

Hi,
I’ve got some errors using this graph, especially on the AOI_wkt setup. I would use the sen-ET plugin and I’ve got stuck on the Sentinel-3 preprocessing graph. I share the xml with you:

What is wrong with that?
Thanks

What problems do you experience? Would be good if you explain it.
As far as I know, no one in this forum can give support for the sen4et plugin.
Please have a look at the referenced post below for contact information.

Hi Eros, did you manage to get these workflows to work? I did and produced the pre-processed S3 and S2 outputs. However, I did not find any example graph to output the ET (mm/day). Did you come across this?

Hi Napocornejo! Unfortunately not, do you mind to share your script? I was trying different times without success! thanks
By the way, we must contact the sen4et developers, as marpet said!

Hi Eros, this is my sentinel_3_preprocessing.xml.
Strangely it works well if invoked from the GUI, but gives en error with the gpt…
I’ve tried contacting the developers but they are on holidays according their automatic reply.

Hi,I’ve got some errors using the S3 pre-processing graph, especially on the AOI_wkt setup. When i select the AOI an error occur. I attach this picture:

Hi,

I also had this error. You can find issues like this on GitHub: https://github.com/DHI-GRAS/senEtSnapSta, https://github.com/DHI-GRAS/senEtSnapSta/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed

For me it worked, when I didn´t use the GUI to configure the Sen-3 pre-preprocessing graph but used an prepared xml-file, which I inserted via “load” instead.

Regards
Rainer

Hi Eros,

You can compare your graph with mine. Mine works (for my area of interest)… what you should compare is where I have edited the path and also the AOI format to see whether yours is the same format as mine (the AOI location will vary obviously as I had chosen the area basis my interest)
