Could you tell me from where have you downloaded the products or share with me one of them? I am trying to reproduce the error to be able to help you.
It seems that the reader does not recognize the structure of the product and there are some reasons for that:
- The product has a different format than the ‘official’ Sentinel-2 product that you can download from https://scihub.copernicus.eu/
- We have also had some problems with some decompression utilities ( Can't open Sentinel 2A L1C data)
