Hi, I have updated to 11.01, but why are there still issues with the IC data orbits and calibration? I test the first batch of open data with the 2025.1.17

A problem occurred during the target product initialisation.

Dear @naomili,

The only S1C orbit files available on Copernicus Dataspace are from March 2025. Please let me now if you need any further details.

I re-downloaded the 1C data for Scene 1 (20250330 and 20250401). Snap has been updated, but it still prompts me with this message: Could you please tell me what Snap needs to do? Or is there any other step that I have missed?

It was when I initiated the SNAP that I ran the “help - check for update” command, right?
But I don’t know what to do. Because the prompt still can’t process the track file. My snap is still 11.0 (even though I checked for update). Please help me. Thank you.

To update snap from command line, please use:
snap --nosplash --nogui --modules --update-all

Dear @naomili & @tim,

The STEP server has just been updated with all the available S1C orbit files for March 2025.

Hello, why does my snap11 version look so stuck, it’s that I load very slowly when I click on the path of each folder, for example when I click on the .snap on the picture, it takes a long time for the next path to appear. However, there is no problem with the software running, and there is no problem with other software, so it should not be a problem with the computer configuration. Do you know what the reason is?And I uninstalled and reinstalled it didn’t work either

Thank you, @diana_harosa!

Do you know if, going forward, we can expect the S1C orbit files to be available at the same time (or close enough) to when the corresponding S1C products are made available?

This post might help you: Annoyed by long⏱️delays in file dialogues? Here is a solution 🥳

The Restituted Orbit files should be available few hours after the data acquisition. The Precise Orbit files are available 20 days after the data acquisition.

Thank you very much for your reply, this has been bothering me for several days. Finally solved it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hi @diana_harosa Is there a new release date for SNAP 12 please?

Dear Corbin,

We are in the final stages of testing and aim to release SNAP 12 soon.

Hi Diana. How’s the testing going? Is there a revised release date please? Thanks in advance.
