SNAP can't open tiff files

Hello.I want snap images with geotiff format, it doesn’t open in gis and the images are black. What should I do ?

I think it is a problem with SNAP 10. It can’t open GeoTiff files, they are are blank. The same files are perfectly fine in QGIS and even in Windows file explorer window.

Are these files created with SNAP?

Almost any tif files are blank in SANP10. For example Sentinel2 tif files downloaded from Sentinel Hub are blank. Snap 9 worked with them well.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the error with SNAP 10. Could you please provide one of the files you are trying to open?
