Here I read the subset (or clip) topics, but I really couldn’t understand. In SNAP is there a way to clip the image by shapefile?

The solution would be to once retrieve the corner coordinates of your shapefile and specify these geo-coordinates in the subset operation. Afterwards you can use the land-sea mask to mask out the area outside of the shape file. We have it already on our todo list to support shapefiles during subset…

Just for the records, the option to use a shapefiles to subset/mak a products is also well-hidden within the “Land/See Mask” operator (under Raster --> Mask).
