I am an Ecological Economist specialized in GIS and remote sensing. Over 15 years, I advised governments and NGOs in setting up forest carbon monitoring and GHG accounting schemes at subnational and national scales. I worked for several bilateral and multilateral donors in the Philippines, Vanuatu, Cameroon, Bolivia, and Peru. Currently, I am leading the consultancy supporting the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador in implementing the REDD Early Mover Program with financial support of Norway and Germany. I am a passionate about marine remote sensing and robotics.
