Actual S1 image footprint

Hi all,

A Sentinel 1 image does not cover the whole S1 bounding box it is in and I was wondering if there was a way of getting the footprint of the actual Sentinel 1 scene on SNAP or in the Metadata.

I know you can get a KML for the bounding box under preview > map-overlay.kml but this does not give me what I am looking for.

hi, I want to draw a map of the location of the study area and put the footprints of Sentinel images on it. Can someone guide me where and how to get the footprint?

There are kml files inside the preview folder of the downloaded product
