I need to download sentinel aerosol optical depth data of 2019. Can anyone please guide me which are the bands for AOT in sentinel2 level2 data. And in which software should I run. And also step to process the AOT data.

The AOT is included in the Sentinel-2 L2A products in the IMG_DATA folder
If Sentinel-2 L2A products are not available over your AOI, you can use Sen2Cor processor in order to derive L2A from L1C.
