Amd or Intel Processor for best Performance

Does anyone ever tested or know which processor gives the best performance with snap
I am buying a new computer and need to know which of the following does the best job of running SNAP

intel 8700k or AMD Ryzen 1800x

Also how many GB of Ram is best ? 16gb or 32 gb ?

Just take the CPU which is better in Benchmarks.

I think the difference is more or less only measurable but not really noticeable.

For RAM you should choose the 32GB option.
