Areas of interest

Hi everybody from the comunity.
I would like to know if there is a way to download automatically let’s say Sentinel-1 products, based on an AOI. for example if I want to search every image taken in July 2018 with a GRD level containing my area of interest ?
It is pretty much what the sci hub does, but I would like to do it from python.

If you want python then these 2 libs might be a good option:

• https://pypi.org/project/esahub/

In SNAP exists AOI Monitoring tool, but this wasn’t designed to be used as API.
