here is also a solution for running sen2cor on only selected bands or granules

sen2cor on a sub-scene?

kiryl23 suggests to go in the “~/GRANULE” folder of your SE2 L1C dataset and to change the folder name of all the granules that you do not want to correct.( If you do not need that granules you can simply delete them). After this the sen2cor algoritm should process only the granules with the original name.
