I have been trying to move most of my PS-InSAR processing online to AWS.
So far I have a good process for setting up a stack to be processed in StaMPS. This is using Snap2stamps/SBAS_Snap2stamps in an EC2 instance. It works really well and most of the setup can be automated apart from some minor issues updating SNAP.
StaMPS is resource heavy too, and can take some time to process, so it makes sense I should try to move it away from local processing. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck running StaMPS on AWS? Or has any tips on how I could go about it? I think the two main points I am struggling with at the moment are how to install StaMPS in a cloud environment and how to reference the data.
