hi everybody,
is there any reference for the suggested temporal and perpendicular difference in each pair of c-band SAR images to cite them?

this depends on your aim: Do you want to measure displacements or do you want to build a DEM?

I want to measure displacement using DInSAR

then small perpendicular baselines are good. Sentinel-1 baselines are largely lower than 50 m (source)

If you have short temporal baselines, phase decorrelation is reduced. If you have longer temporal baselines, you have higher chances to capture the actual movement.
It depends on the amount of displacement over time and also what type of displacement you want to observe.
