Broken link for downloading data for SAR Basics Tutorial

Hi!

I am newbie in DInSAR community and I have downloaded a series of tutorials for building up experience and practising.

In one of the ESA Basic Tutorials about SAR
(SAR Basics Tutorial http://step.esa.int/docs/tutorials/S1TBX%20SAR%20Basics%20Tutorial.pdf)
the link for downloading the sample data (they are for RADARSAT-2 Fine Quad-Pol, products supplied by MDA) is broken:

An alternative link I have found is:

ftp.mda.ca/Vancouver Dataset

but it requires user ID and password for access.

Any ideas of how it is possible to download these data?
