C2rcc process for sentinel 3A OL_EFR

Hi! I am using sentinel 3A l1c ol_efr
I’m doing a study about the chlorophyll content and TSM.
But I dont know what to do.
I read that C2RCC can extract these information but what process should i do?
Do i have to apply atmospheric corrections?
Do i have to conduct conversions like radiance to reflectance?
Or I can directly use the c2rcc to the raw image that i downloaded?

Please guide me. Thank you.
