Calibrate and detection(classification) of satellite image

I have one problem , and I hope that anyone can help me. I need to do calibrate and detection(classification) of satellite image.

I use image:
S1A_IW_GRDH_1SDV_20150924T043749_20150924T043814_007852_00AF24_83B6.zip

I’m using STEP application, but when I open project and go to ‘‘SAR Processing -> Radiometric ->Calibrate’’

I got error message

please help me

How much RAM do you have? The minimum recommended amount is 8GB.
