Can anyone tell me how retrieve soil moisture using SMOS algorithm in SNAP

First you need to install the SMOX-Box. You get it it via the Plugin window in the Tools menu.
Then you can read it directly from the SMOS data files (MIR_SMUDP2). If you only have L1 data, like MIR_SCLF1, then you can’t compute it.
The SMOS-BOX is intended for inspecting SMOS data, not for processing.
I don’t think that Band Math can be used with a simple equation.
