In case you are using Sentinel-1 data, which product level did you load?
Can you please check if the data was fully downloaded?
Does it happen for every product or just this one?
Sentinel-1A, product GRD and IW mode.
How i can know if the data was downloaded? in download folder is downloaded.
Yes it does for every product. before i was downloaded with different time and its cannot open too…
just stuck in creating image
it could be a matter of memory if it sticks like this.
Please extract the zip file and then load the manifest.safe file into SNAP instead.
