Can't read sentinel 2 image (s2tbx SNAP 3.0, OS Windows 7 64bit)

Hey all,

I recently downloaded 5 sentinel 2 images covering Kenya and tried to open it in s2tbx(the version is SNAP3.0 ). When I drag the image S2A_OPER_MTD_SAFL1C_PDMC_20160331T102909_R135_V20160328T080803_20160328T080803 xml file in the SAFE folder to the program and right click to open the RGB window, the loading bar is showing progress, however, after loading, nothing appears in the window, and it does not give any errors either (see the attached picture below). I have tried several ways so far: redownload the images, using a different computer to open the image, but none of these work.
My computer properties are windows 7, 64-bit, 8GB RAM.

I am just wondering does this happen a lot? I s there anyway to solve this problem? Any comments is appreciated. Thank you in advance!!!

It is probably due to the path, S2 products should be “close” to the root of the drive on Windows, specially with the latest product for some reason. Could you test putting the product in a folder like C:\tmp or C:\s2_products?
