Change location of user files

Our IT department blocks the use of SNAP due to .exe files that are located in the user folders (C:/User/.snap/…). Is there a way to move this directory, especially the one containing the S2 decompression.exe to C:/programs/…? How to define this new path in SNAP?

On my “Enterprise” laptop, SeaDAS 7 and SNAP 7 were installed using IT’s configuration in Windows Software Center, but users could not install updates. You may want to discuss how updates and also on-demand downloads (normally go in the .snap folder), will be handled with your IT people.
