Hi Dear admin,

i would like to create chl a Map for lake by using SNAP What is better source for this kind of image ?is thematic water processer is correct for that apps included scale bar ?

Which type of images are you using? With Sentinel 3 OLCI you can download directly from EUMETSAT’s hub the L2 images, where chlorophyll is already calculated, If you are using Sentinel-2 or Landsat-8 you could apply the C2RCC to extract water quality parameters. And then you will have to check if it is accurate enough for your lake waters.

i am currently using image of landsat 8 ( Modis)L3 , and i will try also to Eumetsat image , much thanks for your valuable answer @ abruescas…
