Chosing common part between two images

Dear all
I have two TanDEM-X images and I want to cut and use common part between both (when I put both on each other, one image has extra area that should be ignore). Would you please let me know how can I do this in SNAP?

Hi,

I do not know if i understand your question correctly,
You can do the following:

  • load the images in SNAP
  • Use a vector shapefile to define your area of interest that you want to process
  • in SNAP, go to Raster->masks->Land/Sea mask
    in the processing parameters, click use vector as mask

this process will crop your image around your area of interest
