I’ve downloaded and opened an S2A image which includes some patchy clouds and their respective shadows. I’ve reviewed online fora for cloud masks and downloaded one called Cloud Sentinel2.gmdx. Is it possible to use/export this in SNAP (5.0) ?
Since I’m interested in B2, B3, B4 and B8, I’ve created an RGB file.
I’ve also used use Raster - Mask - Land/Sea Mask - Use Vector as Mask - cirrus_clouds_10m for used of these four bands. However, the data, including the cloud-free areas, are black for each band in the resulting masked band image.
Also, is there an online SNAP tutorial specifically for S2A imagery and the use of such masks ?
