Coherence with Snappy issues

The script attached (step3.py) is pretty much the TOPSAR_Coreg_Interferogram_IW_All_Swaths.xml graph plus TC and Subset.
While the graph produces a valid coherence, the python script doesn’t (see attached screenshot).

Any clue?
