Comparison of Sentinel-2 with Landsat 8

Hi everyone

I wanted to know if anyone had this problem. The theory says that the reflectivity of vegetation cannot be higher than 1 (actually it should be in values from 0.3 to 0.7). Having such high values, and moreover, forming a characteristic pattern, led me to think that Sentinel-2 images at L2A level have severe topographic problems. ¿This level of product has atmospheric correction, but; does it have topographic correction?
This overestimation of reflectivity is not observed in Landsat 8 (surface reflectance). Has anyone performed topographic normalization from Sentinel-2 LC1 data?
Thanks!!
