Hi all,
I try to coregister different polarization channels of the same COSMO-SkyMed image using the Radar/Coregistration/Coregistration, yet there will always be one layer showing only a tiny square of information (as the second panel of the attached figure shown) in every re-do. Any suggestions or method to avoid this problem?
P.S. I am using the latest version of SNAP. BTW, this error sometimes occurs when I coregister other SAR sensors’ images (coregistrating the same path/frame’s same sensor’s image).
Thanks
Allen
Even by setting the Initial Offset Method to “Product Geolocation,” the same issue remains (i.e., one band only shows a small square).
@ABraun do you have some suggestions?
I have the exact same issue as you. I was processing with ALOS-PALSAR data and the second intensity image is always a little square. I tried different master and Coregistrated again and still always the second one has this problem. But when I coregistrate them individually(same master and slave pair), this problem doesn’t exist. It is very weird that it only happens to master and many pairs of slave coregistration. Don’t know if you have a solution to this yet?
