I am trying to extract the values of subsidence and correlate the subsidence to another raster of land use land cover. How can I achieve this?
Convert your subsidence data to CSV, by using, StaMPS-Visualizer, SNAP-StaMPS Workflow , this could be found here,
In case you use other software rather than Stamps and you have ready results of subsidence, convert to CSV and correlate them, if it’s possible to open you results in SNAP , you could easly convert it to CSV, or it’s possible by python.
