hi dear @marpet, I want to make a correlative plot between LST and NDVI in SNAP, but in the Data field, I cant choose anything. how can I fix it?
If both rasters are within one product the scatter plot is what you need.
The correlative plot needs a point file with values of one variable stored in a column.

how can I make it? should I export ex. NDVI Values to another file?
I using NDVI and LST product from level 2 SLSTR data
