Critical : L2A_Tables: 2398 PVI image export failed (sen2cor)

Hi!
I am currently using the latest SNAP version 6.0 and sen2cor 2.5.5. I am experiencing the following error on some of the L1C tiles (not all) that I am processing using sen2cor. The program terminates after the Critical error and the resulting L2A data is not usable ( trying to open it results in the error “Unable to get metadata from JP2 images associated to product[MTD_MSIL2A.xml”]
Please let me know if anyone else experienced similar issue and if the issue is solvable? Any help or clues in this regard is highly appreciated !! TIA

Hi, unfortunately I have the same error (although with all files at the moment; on another PC processing works fine though) and no solution so far.
Starting from SNAP or from the command line doesn’t make a difference. I get the same critical error. For 60m (PVI image export failed) and 20m (TCI image export failed) the process finishes and for 10m it starts over and over again.

You mentioned that on another PC the processing works fine for all images ?
Could you elaborate a bit more ? I have access to other workstations, should I try installing SNAP + sen2cor there with the chance that it might work ? Any tips would be very helpful!
