Hi, I am having severe problems accessing the Sentinel Data Hub recently. A large fraction of the time I get an error message saying that the site is undergoing maintenance and to come back later. I know this forum isn’t directly related to the data hub (and I see that that’s been stated when people have raised similar questions in the past several months), but I was wondering whether anyone might be able to provide any insight as to whether there’s any prospect of access to the data being improved in the near future?

It’s working fine for me. They’ve recently upgraded their system and it’s much more responsive now.

There are now two access points to the Sentinel Data Hub:

Scientific Hub ( https://scihub.esa.int/dhus): provides access via the interactive graphical user interface.

API Hub ( https://scihub.esa.int/api): provides access via a scripting interface (see https://scihub.esa.int/userguide/5APIsAndBatchScripting).
