opens with no problems but when I try to open

the attached error message is shown.
Any ideas??

I tested S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20151201T135219_R129_V20151128T221907_20151128T221907 (downloaded from scihub) in SNAP 3.0 and could not reproduce your issue.
