Ditital number to surface reflectance

Hello,

I’m working with L2A Sentinel 2 images and i realize that when i use them in SNAP and look pixel information the value informed is of the order of 0.02 - 1.00 but when i charge the same scene in Rstudio the values are of the order of thousands so my question is if the solution is only divide the value by 10000 or i have to do something else like a correction.

Please have a look at this topic: How to calculate the reflectance
SNAP applies a factor (the QUANTIFICATION_VALUE in the metadata) to the data to convert them into a decimal number.
