I keep getting the message “No product available” when I try to download Sentinel 2 images from the Hub site. I have looked at numerous UTube videos and tried every which way they suggest but keep getting the same answer. Furthermore, I know it is possible to download images from Snap, but have been unable to find an explanation on how to do it. Any help on either problem would be appreciated.
