Hi everyone, recently I tried to down load Sentinel-2 data via the product library with in the SNAP on Mac. file–>product library–>choose folder:“ESA sci hub”
I successfully searched the data I need and tries to download them. But after I click button “download” at right, SNAP stop response to me. For every time I tried I failed. The only thing I can do is to close Snap.
have anyone experience this, anyone can offer some suggestions?
